Rate for Creative

• $250/hr (plus GST)

Rate for Creative Control or Supervision other Suppliers or Company Staff

• 15% of billing

Deliverable

• Intellectual Property Rights to Web Creative
• All web creative remains the copyright of James O'Regan until invoices for IP have been paid in full

Typical Creative Charge

• $2,500 per project (i.e. per single idea or master objective)
• $10,000 per Creative Report on Major Site (e.g. 500+ files)

Invoicing

1. Short Term - $2,500 or less (30 days)
2. Medium Term - $2,500 - $10,000: invoice every $2,500 (5 days)
3. Long Term - $5,000 +/month - monthly total within 30 days
4. Share-Cash Issue - All shares issued within 30 days, GST on shares paid in cash

Description of Product

• Electronic files containing information architecture and intellectual content about but not restricted to company, product, product development, markets, marketing

Co-operation with other Suppliers or Company Staff

• work with designers, HTML and other programmers
