From time to time one of the most recognized faces in Canada as an actor in commercials, James O’Regan has pursued an independent communications career in the performing arts, academics, and arts product marketing. A multi-tasker, he has achieved excellence in written and oral communications in all media, with nominations, awards and top ratings for his own productions. He is also a private scholar in liturgical theology, contributing two event-based analytical methodologies to the field. His research and creative skills have parlayed into corporate communications consulting for private and public sectors.

Starred in 32 television shows and series, 22 movies, 26 corporate videos, 20 radio shows, 21 plays, 13 workshops, 45 national and international commercials, 57 voice characterizations, seven modeling sessions and four play dates as musician. His extensive commercial work made him one of the most recognized faces in Canada. His ability to entertain Canadians has generated sales in the range of tens of millions of dollars for diverse products.

Interviewed subjects for radio, television and documentary film. Hosted numerous classical music concerts and other live events as well as several radio shows and a cable television show as arguably Canada's first VJ. Appeared as guest on CBC radio and at live events.

His productions have won awards like the Jabega de Oro and nominations like the Genies and Golden Sheaf. He was been awarded doctoral scholarships and bursaries on two occasions and was named volunteer of the year for SuzukiMusic (Ottawa).
