On June 10, 1999, at 10 am, at Notre Dame Cemetery, the family and friends of Brian O'Regan buried his ashes at the Tot O'Regan family plot (Lot 134, Block 31). Included at the site were: Jean O'Regan (wife), James and Philip O'Regan (sons), Judy Olsmtead-O'Regan, Brigit and Madalen O'Regan (granddaughters), Craig and Graham O'Regan (grandsons), Larry and Maureen O'Regan (brother and sister-in-law), Barry and Anne O'Regan (brother and sister-in-law), Jack and Eileen Donogue (long time friend and daughter), George Powell (long time friend), George Blake (nephew), Jim Small and Jim Heal (BIFHSGO executives). The rite was officiated by Deacon Ted Lindsay.
Notre Dame Cemetery is located on Montreal Rd near the corner of St. Laurent Blvd (455 Montreal Road, Vanier, Ontario). The entrance is on Montreal Rd.
